‘My Office’ – PRICING POLICY Print E-mail
My Office’ offers different monthly plans:
60’, 120’, 180’, 240’, 360’, 480’, 600’, 1000’.
We offer you the option to change plan up to 3 times a year free of charge and we advice you on the most cost-effective plan according to your needs.
Call diverting to our call centre is free of charge and there are no time restrictions, with the service available 24/7, 365 days a year.
Charges begin to apply as soon as our secretaries answer (apart from voice mail messages).
Each plan covers the virtual office services and does not include work carried out on a lump-sum basis (such as typing up documents, etc.).
You receive a monthly itemised bill to enable you to cross-check the charges that have been applied.
Phone calls are charged in blocks of 1 minute.
In each plan, charges are applicable once pre-paid time has elapsed.

In particular:

My Office’ monthly charges are based on 6 parameters:
  • Incoming – Outgoing calls
  • Telecom charges
  • Number of Faxes
  • Number of SMS's
  • Number of E-mails
  • Other (non-subscriber services such as typing).

Incoming – Outgoing calls
Charges are based on how long our secretaries spend handling incoming / outgoing calls.
Also covered are the free incoming and outgoing calls depending on the pre-paid plan (60’, 120’, 180’, etc.).
When free air-time is used, the fixed per minute charge applies for all subsequent calls. Charge depends on the selected plan (lower for the 120’ plan and higher for the 60' one).

Telecom costs
The relevant telecom costs are added to the cost of outgoing calls (depending on whether the calls are urban, national, international, calls to mobiles, etc.) based on official OTE prices.
When sending (optional) SMS’s to you, eg for an urgent issue or to customers (such as appointment reminders, Christmas or holiday greetings, etc.) the charge is 0,10 € / Credit.

Fax - SMS -Email
Regardless of the plan selected, you will receive free automated info faxes or emails - up to 7/day- at regular intervals showing you the current status of your agenda, appointments as well as outstanding issues.
In addition, we can also arrange for extra scheduled faxes or emails.
In emergencies, you can choose to be notified by SMS at an extra SMS cost.

Other non-subscriber services
These services (translation / typing, etc.) are not included in the ‘My Office’ plans and the cost varies. (see table OTHER NON-SUBSCRIBER SERVICES for relevant charges)
