We provide an exclusive telephone number to which our client can divert calls from many different phone numbers. Diversion can be easily deactivated or reactivated at any time. Calls are usually diverted when our client is not available, however many of our clients choose to permanently divert their calls to us. In addition we can provide a client with an exclusive phone number to use as their own, to be used on business cards, advertising campaigns etc. Once our service is in place all our clients' customers calls are received by our call centre and an automated custom outgoing greeting with our client's information is played. Call is then immediately answered by one of our agents according to our client's instructions. All relevant info and instructions on call handling are displayed on the agent's screen. Calls are processed in a variety of ways; Messages/requests are noted, information and answers to questions are given as per our client, sales orders are taken and if necessary routine or urgent contact with our client is made and calls directed back to them. We also update their calendar and organize appointments. Furthermore we can initiate outgoing calls to rearrange an appointment or inform customers of any updates, appointment changes etc. as desired by our client. Our clients have a variety of options to stay updated; Through its patented software «My Office» offers unlimited access to an online calendar/CRM through any PC, tablet or smartphone where all incoming calls, voicemails, faxes, customer lists and new and previous appointments are displayed. Our clients can then be updated online and realtime on any developments in their business and respond in an efficient manner improving productivity, business control and customer satisfaction. At the same time, itemized incoming and outgoing call lists i(including date, time, caller details, reason for call), faxes, voicemails and appointment lists can be emailed or faxed up to 7 times per day, at specific times. Updating after each and every call via email or text message is an other option we offer.
